Talent Finder seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will hold QCF Level 3 Children and Young People qualifications and have a proven track record of working within a children's residential setting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism. They will also be able to organize and manage shifts effectively, develop and review individual care/pathway plans, and contribute to discussions with social workers.
