Lead a 3-Bed Children's Home with Affinity Care Recruitment
A dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager is sought to lead a 3-bed children's home, ensuring it's a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can grow emotionally and physically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the home with confidence and care.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of caregivers to provide the highest quality of care.
- Oversee individualised care plans, ensuring every child gets the support they need to flourish.
- Build strong relationships with children, their families, and external partners.
What We Offer:
- A generous salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
- Ongoing support and development opportunities, where we're here to help you progress every step of the way.

Requirements:
- Someone with leadership experience in residential childcare (at least 2 years).
- A passion for making a positive difference in children's lives.
- Strong communication skills to engage with children, families, and teams.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it).
