Safety Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Expert to join our Consult Energy UK team in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of projects and maintaining a positive safety culture within the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement effective safety procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance management systems and practices
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and regulatory bodies
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., safety, environmental science, engineering)
  • Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role (construction or utility industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence others and manage conflicts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Salary Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
