About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive lead generation and conversion, including measuring team performance against KPIs and providing call scripts and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage individual sales targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and align strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SDR team, tracking progress and addressing any performance issues.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the SDR team.
Requirements
  • 5 years B2B sales experience, including at least two years managing an SDR function.
  • Significant experience using HubSpot to manage tasks and priorities, as well as recording phone calls and email comms.
  • Experience coaching a team of new SDRs to cold call effectively, to book meetings and demos.
  • A high level of creativity, superior attention to detail, and impeccable writing skills.
  • Excellent use of technology to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
