About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Dunnock View, a 42-bed service providing treatment for men and women affected by mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support to service users.
- Analyse behaviours and adapt care accordingly to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide overall care and support, including assisting with personal hygiene.

Working Environment
Our shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends. You'll work 3 shifts one week and 4 days the following week as standard to equivalent of 40.25 hours per week. Overtime is often available, allowing you to work extra shifts to increase your earning potential.
