Job Title: Virtual Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and improve customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product displays, services, and promotional plans.
  • Negotiate pricing and promotional opportunities with customers, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • Monitor customer performance through accurate forecasting, sales data, and budgetary control.
  • Work closely with Demand Planning and Sales Administration to ensure timely and smooth customer deliveries.
  • Ensure sales forecasts and targets are met, maintaining accurate records and reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in consumer electronics National Account retail channels is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in account management, with a self-starting attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Experience in performance management environments, with knowledge of KPIs and Service Level Agreements.
  • Able to develop quality, customer-focused targets and services.
