Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Physical Health Practitioner to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered physical health care within our Acute Care Group.
Main Responsibilities
- Empathize with and support individuals to improve and maintain their mental and physical health and wellbeing in their care environment.
- Maintain and promote a safe environment, identifying and reporting hazards, risks, and safeguarding concerns in a timely manner.
- Work a full range of shifts as per the service requirements, with the possibility of working at other Trust units and/or sites.
- Physically able to carry out all duties required of the care setting, following successful completion of physical interventions training as required.
