Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our team at pladis Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and control manufacturing costs, ensuring compliance with budget and financial targets.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, with a strong track record of driving improvement and growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain.
  • Experience of managing budgets and financial targets, with a strong understanding of cost control and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality.
