About the Role

The Michael Page (UK) is seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interview Scheduling: You will be responsible for scheduling interviews with candidates, ensuring that all parties are well-prepared and on time.
  • Candidate Management: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, including their contact information and application status.
  • Onboarding: You will coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Reporting and Analytics: You will assist with generating recruitment-related reports and analytics, providing valuable insights to the recruitment team.

Requirements

  • Organizational Skills: You must have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, candidates, and clients.
  • Tech Skills: You should be proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
