Interim Order to Cash Process Owner

Global Accounting Network is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Interim Order to Cash Global Process Owner. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global media client and contribute to the development of their O2C processes.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Transformation Director and will be responsible for defining the future O2C processes, including design, architecture, implementation, and go-live. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new global processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Development: Lead the development of new O2C processes, including design, architecture, and implementation.
  • Business Partnership: Develop strong relationships with the wider finance function and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated O2C processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to credit, collections, and cash flow management.
  • SAP Implementation: Take a leading role in the ongoing SAP S4Hana implementation to enhance O2C processes and reporting.
  • Team Management: Manage the outsourced technical SAP team and work closely with the SAP master data management team.
  • Integration: Partner with IT to identify key integration points between existing systems.
  • Training and Development: Develop training guides to embed the new processes within O2C and SAP.
  • Documentation: Update relevant documentation.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Accountant with a strong background in O2C processes.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an O2C lead with prior process change experience.
  • SAP Implementation: MUST have SAP implementation experience.
  • Global Experience: Experience working within a global organization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Media or Entertainment sector experience would be beneficial.
