Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our team in the elective admissions department of neurosciences at King's College Hospital. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize patient admission prior to surgery, ensuring timely completion of pre-op checks and outstanding tests.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care post-operatively in accordance with Nursing Associate Competency Requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the MDT to meet the changing health and care needs of patients.
Requirements
  • Foundation Degree (FDSc) in nursing associate or equivalent qualification.
  • Active NMC registration as a Nursing Associate.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
