We are seeking a dedicated Medical Lead for Adoption and Fostering to join our team in Wales. As a key member of our community paediatrics team, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care to children and families, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing medical care to children and families involved in adoption and fostering
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
