About the Role
This is an administrative position that requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling phone calls and emails, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage front-desk operations, including receiving visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
* Provide administrative support to students, teachers, and staff, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
* Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
* Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve office productivity
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational skill
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
