Business Education Specialist

As a Business Education Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of programs within a Higher Education setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach students, offering appropriate support to enable them to achieve their goals and progress to positive destinations.
- Contribute to the development and continual improvement of courses, coordinating effectively with both staff and students.
- Develop module materials for each of the modules being undertaken.
- Provide timely formative feedback to the extent prescribed by each of the program specifications.
- Mark and provide summative feedback within the prescribed deadline published by the Assessment Team.

Requirements
- Master's degree and/or a PhD in the relevant area.
- Teaching qualifications: PGCHE, MA in HE Practice, or FHEA, etc.
- Previous lecturing experience for similar courses at HEI level.
The estimated salary for this position is £32,500 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
