Our mission is to provide high-quality, motivating English courses that stimulate and challenge students, enabling them to learn, grow, and excel.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Services and Hospitality Intern to join our team. As a key member of our student services and marketing teams, you will play a multifaceted role in enhancing our online presence and contributing to the delivery of exceptional student experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead engaging social program activities to foster a sense of community among students.
- Create compelling visual content to promote English Path and enhance our online presence.
- Work closely with the Social Media Executive to develop and implement effective social media strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in managing student accommodation arrangements and collaborate with the Student Services team to ensure students' well-being.
- Efficiently handle and resolve student issues or complaints, contributing to the improvement of hospitality services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time interns committing up to 40 hours per week will receive a stipend of £150 per week, along with paid public transport expenses. Part-time interns will be offered a complimentary morning English course, committing up to 20 hours per week, during the afternoon/evening.
The internship duration is 3 to 6 months, and the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate their commitment to English Path's values and regulations, including equal opportunities policy and environmental responsibilities.
