Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams. As a nurse at HC-One, you'll have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.

You'll work closely with an experienced HC-One nurse and follow a structured pattern of learning, our Preceptorship Programme helps nurses to build confidence and competence to support our residents to lead their best lives.

As a nurse at HC-One, you'll be a key member of our team, providing person-centred care to our residents, advocating for their needs, and delivering a high standard of care. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Develop complex decision-making and collaborative skills
  • Participate in our Preceptorship Programme to build confidence and competence
  • Advocate for the needs of our residents
Requirements
  • Valid Pin number
  • Commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC
  • Passion to mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues
  • Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
