Role Overview

The Graduate Project is seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaigns Officer to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness and support key organisational objectives.

This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Plan and develop effective digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness and support key organisational objectives.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools and generate reports to optimise future campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Trend Monitoring: Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for campaign improvements.
  • Social Media Presence: Engage with the audience through social media platforms, responding to queries and building a strong online community.
  • Partner Engagement: Collaborate with external partners and agencies to execute paid media campaigns effectively.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging digital content, including graphics, blogs, and videos.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing or campaigns, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Proficiencies: Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Toolset Knowledge: Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email campaign software.
  • Creativity: Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content and campaign ideas.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Stress Tolerance: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Industry Interest: A keen interest in digital marketing trends and innovations.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
