Job Title: Medical Strategy Lead

Join our team as a Medical Strategy Lead and take on a key role in shaping the future of Immunology product strategies and activities. As a Medical Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing medical product strategies and activities in Immunology, working closely with medical and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful medical education plans, evidence generation plans, and implementation science plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement medical product strategies and activities in Immunology, in close collaboration with medical and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to clinical strategy and collaborate to develop impactful medical education plans, evidence generation plans, and implementation science plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top clinicians in collaboration with field teams.
  • Co-create and co-lead the medical/overall strategy.
  • Develop implementation science plans to shape health policy and practice guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively to establish educational needs and deliver strategic educational plans.
  • Build Healthcare System relationships and collaboration, partnering and building trust/commitment.
Requirements:
  • Medically qualified and GMC registered Physician or Pharmacist or PhD, Life Science Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in Medical Affairs in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience of the Immunology disease area is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Experience and knowledge of UK Healthcare System.
  • Deep understanding of evidence generation and educational strategies.
  • Expertise in the drug development and approval process.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Working knowledge of the ABPI code.
  • Ability to lead without authority and courage to challenge the status quo.
