We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Office Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our Hub management team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a small team, servicing the MRO stock requirements of a new multi Insite contract within the Food & Drink sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive new business growth.
  • Set and monitor individual and team targets, and develop team members through training and coaching.
  • Oversee all sales administration processing to ensure timely and efficient completion, utilizing relevant SOP systems.
  • Drive activity that enhances effective quotation management through developing the team, leading by example, and improving processes.
Requirements
  • Leader who engenders commitment, drive, and motivation.
  • Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues.
  • Can demonstrate an aptitude/understanding of staff management.
  • Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
  • Can demonstrate strong Customer Service experience.
  • Sales Order Processing experience and able to process daily order/enquiry intake effectively.
  • Effectively answering phones and site requests by emails.
  • Keeping track of back orders.
  • Drafting and mailing customer correspondence.
