About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to lead our kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals to our clients. As a Senior Cook and Team Leader, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food that meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team in meal preparation and cooking
  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our clients
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a cook or chef
  • S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £17.25/hr Monday to Friday and £18.40ph Saturday and Sunday
