Care Home Operations Director

Cognigence is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to oversee the 24-hour operations of a care home in Essex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the care home team to deliver exceptional care and services to residents, day care, and respite care clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality of care, and resident satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to senior management and regulatory bodies, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Liaise effectively with residents' families, healthcare professionals, local authorities, voluntary organizations, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing training to support career development.
