We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Basildon. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility
- Assist clients with meal preparation, household chores, and other tasks as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
