About the Role

Arcadis is committed to delivering sustainable solutions for a better world. As a Workplace Facilities Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations in the South East region.

This full-time position involves providing expert advice on Arcadis policies, conducting complex technical work, and collaborating with senior specialists on internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement budget plans to support project goals.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on project progress and budget performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Arcadis policies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal customers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all Arcadis offices in accordance with SHE and FM best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BIFM Level 3 or above qualification.
  • Previous experience in office or facilities management.
  • IOSH management safety certification.
  • Effective research, data analysis, and time management skills.
  • Experience managing small projects.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
