We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team in Glasgow. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a proactive approach to all security-related issues throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible security presence at all times.
- Respond swiftly to any identifiable threats, incidents, or situations requiring colleague wellbeing support.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the Building Security Office via radio or phone.
- Demonstrate the highest level of bearing and professionalism at all times.
- Perform regular patrols to ensure site safety and security, responding to any issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- SIA licence and ability to commute to Glasgow.
- Security experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a customer-focused attitude and commitment to exemplary service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under your own initiative.
- Organised and reliable, with the ability to maintain high standards.
- A good level of physical fitness to carry out regular patrols.
