We are seeking an experienced practitioner from the Health and Social Care sector to join our teaching team within the Department of Health, Social Care and Education.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of a range of Health and Social Care units at Further Education level including T Levels in Health.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a vocationally experienced practitioner to contribute to the delivery of our health-related programmes.

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our students.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of health-related programmes
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of curriculum materials
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress
  • Promote student-centred learning and assessment practices

What You Will Need:

  • A degree in a relevant subject and/or significant experience in the health and social care sector
  • An understanding of further education pedagogy and assessment practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
