Main Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Implementation: Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Year 3 curriculum.
  • Classroom Environment: Maintain a well-structured and organised classroom environment.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to support student learning and achievement.
  • Student Achievement: Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • School Values: Adhere to school policies and procedures to ensure a positive school culture.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualifications: Hold QTS or equivalent qualification.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Teaching Experience: Recent experience as a Year 3 Teacher in a primary school setting.
  • Classroom Skills: Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Planning Ability: Proactive planning with the ability to adapt lessons from previous year's plans.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and commitment to school values.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
