Nurse Specialist in Acute Mental Health
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team as a Nurse Specialist in Acute Mental Health. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to work with adults experiencing acute mental health needs and provide high-quality care and support.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the psychosocial model of care delivery and be able to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users requiring in-patient care. They will also be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery across acute services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users defined as requiring in-patient care.

- Develop, implement, and evaluate initiatives within the acute service.
To be considered for this role, you must be a first-level registered nurse, RMN or RN in Mental Health, with current experience of adult acute inpatient wards. You should have a good understanding of both numeracy and language skills and be flexible and able to work on an internal rota basis.
A qualification in psychosocial interventions would be an advantage, and experience of working within a psychosocial model of care delivery would be desirable.
Salary£38,890 - £44,503 per annum (dependent on experience)
