About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of individual donors, providing exceptional stewardship through meaningful engagement and thoughtful communications. This will involve working closely with our clients to achieve fundraising targets and developing effective strategies to retain and grow donor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of individual donors, providing regular updates and communications to ensure exceptional stewardship
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to retain and grow donor relationships, including regular meetings and tailored engagement plans
  • Work closely with our clients to achieve fundraising targets, including setting and meeting individual donor targets
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement fundraising initiatives and campaigns, including events and appeals

Requirements
  • Proven experience in individual giving, donor engagement, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and clients

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Knowledge of CRM databases and fundraising software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
