We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team at Norwich City College as a 6th Form Support Lead. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our A Level students to achieve success in their studies and progress to higher education destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate, inspire, and encourage students to achieve their academic potential
  • Have a good understanding of study at A Level and possess excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including students, parents, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of our A Level students

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Level 6 qualification
  • Experience of working with young people in an educational setting
