About the Role

This Procurement Assistant position requires a proactive individual to provide essential administrative support to the Procurement Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate supplier information, processing purchase orders, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Managing key procurement tasks including quality assurance data, supplier agreements, and delivery chasing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems, preferably IFS.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly accurate when handling data and maintaining records.
