**About the Role**
Employee Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Consultant to join their team. As a trusted partner to their clients, you will provide expert advice and support on a range of health and safety matters.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Review and prepare health and safety documentation, including policies and risk assessments
• Assist with projects that have health and safety implications, such as relocations, investments in new machinery, and changes in practices
**Requirements**
• Experience in designing and delivering health and safety training
• NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent and relevant academic background
• NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety or equivalent and ability to undertake fire risk assessments (but not essential)
