Our client, a leading independent financial planning business, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paraplanner or Chartered Paraplanner to join their team. As part of their organic growth strategy, they are looking for an experienced professional to support their Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional client service.



The business offers truly independent, holistic financial planning and cashflow modelling to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, many of whom are business owners. You will be responsible for researching pensions, investments, and protection, undertaking full analysis of the client\u2019s existing circumstances and objectives, and writing comprehensive proposals to achieve their goals.



Due to the nature of their clients\u2019 complex financial planning solutions, the business requires a highly knowledgeable and skilled Paraplanner to best support their Financial Advisers. If you are excited by a role that challenges your knowledge on a regular basis, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.



You will work alongside and be supported by their Office Manager and Administrators, allowing you to focus on the technical aspects of the role. The business is committed to the professional development of their team members and offers opportunities for growth and progression.



Key Requirements:

  • Chartered qualified or on your way to achieving this, with advanced financial planning knowledge

  • Experience as a Paraplanner within an independent financial planning firm, with a strong understanding of financial products and providers
    \t
  • Confidence in using industry software such as FE Analytics, Cashflow Modelling, Dynamic Planner, and Planner Pal
    \

  • Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 plus bonus scheme upon achieving team goals

  • 28 days annual and statutory leave with option to purchase additional 10 days per year
