About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to lead our team in the Whitchurch branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a community pharmacy setting with management experience, strong commitment to patient care and safety, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations
  • Oversee a dedicated team of pharmacy staff
  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
  • Provide medication counselling and support to patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory
  • Provide immunization services (where applicable)
  • Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products
  • Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives
