We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to assist the Site Manager and site team in delivering our building projects on time, to quality standards, and within budget. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience in site management who can contribute to the success of our building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the site team to manage projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality finishes for all new homes on site.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in site management or a related field.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of building and health & safety legislation.
  • Familiarity with Clerk of Works, Buildings, or NHBC inspection roles.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Level 4 in Construction Management.

Our Offer: We offer an attractive salary package including a base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
