Financial Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Fresh Perspective Resourcing. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out daily administration of the shared accounts email inbox, processing and posting invoices, credit notes, and receipts, and requesting missing invoices and account statements. You will also be responsible for creating new supplier accounts within Xero, inputting relevant contact details, and supporting with ad hoc financial information as required. Additionally, you will validate timesheet data for payroll processing.

Requirements

* AAT Qualification or part qualification is a bonus, with full study support provided
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above, including English and Maths
* At least 12 months' experience in a similar role
* Proficient user of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Proven experience of working with accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently
