  • Coordinate with cargo handling agents, transport providers, and customs for efficient movement of cargo
  • Ensure compliance with international and domestic cargo regulations and standards
  • Oversee cargo security and ensure safe handling of goods
  • Implement and manage cargo handling and operating procedures
  • Manage relationships with airlines, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Plan and schedule cargo shipments, track delays, and address any issues
  • Assess and review the performance of cargo operations and implement improvements
  • Manage and lead the cargo operations team
  • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports for cargo operations
  • Develop contingency plans to handle cargo operations during emergencies or disruptions
