Job Summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for every customer, welcoming them in, understanding their needs, and ensuring they have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, both in person and over the phone
  • Manage patient diaries and schedules to ensure efficient use of time
  • Work closely with the team to understand treatment options and provide accurate information to patients
  • Process payments and chase outstanding patient debt
  • Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other organizations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • IT skills and ability to learn new software
