About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Care Specialist to join our team at One Dental. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting Dentists: Provide support to our dentists during various dental procedures, including cosmetic and restorative treatments.
  • Instrument Management: Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment to maintain a clean and compliant treatment environment.
  • Patient Care: Ensure patient comfort and care throughout their visit, providing reassurance and support to create a positive experience.
  • Record Management: Accurately manage patient records and treatment documentation to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage stock levels and coordinate supply orders as necessary to maintain a well-stocked treatment environment.
  • Customer Service: Display a warm, welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service to patients, dentists, and the wider team.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred but not essential.
