Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee major works projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure the good condition of properties and identify potential issues
  • Produce and manage service charge budgets across the portfolio, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Knowledge of the Section 20 process and dealing with major works projects, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Hybrid working arrangement, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance
  • Exceptional annual leave package, providing time for relaxation and rejuvenation

Requirements:

  • Strong leasehold knowledge and experience in residential block management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Knowledge of Section 20 and major works projects, with the ability to navigate complex regulations
