Get Recruited Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadowing our Managing Director to gain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Attending client meetings and calls to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Becoming an industry expert and advising clients confidently
  • Building strong relationships with clients and taking over key accounts
  • Identifying new business opportunities and making introductions to relevant decision-makers
  • Taking and following up on inbound queries
  • Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring all information is added to the CRM
  • Creating email marketing campaigns and supporting with website management and social media posts
  • Attending industry events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or a related field is desirable
  • A background in a practical industry such as machinery, production, or manufacturing is also considered
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Confident to meet and sell to clients over phone, video, and in person
  • Full UK Driving Licence
