Workforce Planner (Utilities) Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to join our Utilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the workforce required for utilities-related works, ensuring that operational teams can undertake their work in line with received push plans and requested dates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate workforce requirements
- Ensure compliance with NRSWA and other relevant regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
