Job Title: Service Delivery Transport Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Transport Scheduler to join our team at KPI Recruiting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a fully compliant and efficient transport service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a seamless transport service
  • Update customer reports and records in a timely manner
  • Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support
  • Schedule and allocate transport for service users
  • Regularly monitor the customer portal for updates and upload travel requests to meet KPI requirements
  • Effectively manage your own workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
About You:
  • You will undergo a thorough legal vetting process
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
