Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join The Ardonagh Group as a Payment Administrator, playing a crucial role in supporting our Client Money Teams. As a Payment Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day payment process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage the payment process, including verifying client information, preparing and sending payments, and reconciling transactions.* Collaborate with the Line Manager to set and achieve performance goals, ensuring work is completed to agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.* Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including brokers and banks.* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and implementing necessary adjustments.* Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships.* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.* Adaptability, willingness to learn, and ability to respond positively to change.* Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload.
