Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our growing Client Money Team within our Broker Network business, part of The Ardonagh Group.

You will be responsible for the accurate reconciliation of our Members' Insurer accounts to their broking systems in accordance with FCA regulations and agreed service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile Insurer Settlements for allocated members in accordance with FCA regulations, Insurer requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Manage own workload to ensure work is being completed to the agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Communicate and build relations with external Brokers & businesses to investigate and resolve any queried transactions, resolving these effectively and providing great customer service.
