An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Registered Manager (Children's Home) to take on a key leadership role at Additional Resources Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the financial aspects of the home, including budgeting, admissions, and staff scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support for children in care.
- Ensure the safeguarding and promotion of children's welfare, protecting them from harm.
- Embed the Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) care model, fostering a therapeutic environment.
- A previously registered manager with experience working with children and young people.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- A Level 3 NVQ / diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
- A valid UK driving licence and business motor insurance.
We offer a competitive salary range of £34,710 - £36,140 per annum, plus an OTE up to £49,500. Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life insurance, company pension, sickness bonus schemes, casual dress, company events, discounted or free food, on-site parking, wellness programme, and employee assistance programme.
