Overview
pWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Graduate Program Lead to join our team at IPEC. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for our graduate programs.Salary Range: $120,000 annually plus bonus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive enrollment and revenue.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align on program strategy and messaging.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or graduate degree is strongly preferred.
- 5 years of experience in product or GTM marketing, including strategy or project management.
- Hands-on experience and skills in marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, marketing automation, and communications.
