Job Summary

Central London Community Health Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Deputy Team Lead in our Community Nursing Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care in the community.

About the Role

As a Deputy Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a patient caseload, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based care to patients in their home environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care in the community
  • Manage a patient caseload, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current UK NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience of working in community nursing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
