Job Title: Shift Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Shift Operations Manager to lead our power plant team near Scunthorpe. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plant, ensuring compliance with HSE rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the shift operations team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plant
* Ensure the plant is operating within its parameters while complying with strict HSE rules and regulations
* Manage the site's safety systems, including the permit to work system
* Provide technical supervision and assistance to company and contract staff
* Provide effective training and monitoring of shift staff

Requirements:

* NVQ level 3 or HNC minimum qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
