About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our QA practice and ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our QA strategy and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Senior/Lead QA role with a strong background in automation
  • Technical expertise in Typescript/JavaScript and Playwright
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
