As Branch Growth Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of branch affairs, helping to drive growth first-hand while ensuring all company values and policies are adhered to. Your primary focus will be on exceeding sales and revenue targets, in line with Company business strategy, and contributing to the development of new marketing strategies to connect with customers and grow market share.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To help drive the growth of the branch first-hand whilst ensuring our company values are adhered to.
  • Exceed agreed sales and revenue targets in line with Company business strategy.
  • Evaluate and implement effective recruitment, induction, and performance management processes for employees.
  • Collaborate with other managers to identify and connect with new customers and markets, growing market share, long-term loyalty, and profitability through high-quality marketing and promotion strategies.
  • Communicate our fantastic offers/promotions to our customer network.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent people management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic IT skills and ideally experience with MAM software or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with local area and customer base would be advantageous.
